I think there's a way to unbrick it. I read on xda a few days ago that you have to push a pin in this hole for 10-20 seconds and then it might work and all. not to sure and that thread has disappeared now. Here's a pic. Sorry for the noob question,but how do I "register" the divx player?

I am using this phone.The phone often hangs. It's a good phone but when we type smses fast and all it hangs and then we have to remove the battery and then it's all normal again.

I am not able to play any videos on EC05 except the ones that we have taken using camera and the ones stored in sd card. Can't watch Facebook vids,also the live TV.

BSNL is pretty costly. Reliance wired line has no service near my area ,dunno why? So I have only BSNL. Airtel is no no because we had pretty bad experiences with Airtel (both Internet and DTH).

So far,Reliance is the best. Pretty happy with Reliance. Have 6 Reliance numbers in my house.

@Csmart: Bsnl is a bit costly. Tikona is cheaper. Will not go for Tikona now.

My friend who uses the Fascinate gets arnd 24 hrs data with heavy multimedia usage,and I get arnd 30 hrs with pretty decent data and gaming.

How about posting some of the Rom's for the Epic as there are a lot of people who use this handset.

Is tiknoa really that good? Because I want to move out of BSNL as the speeds are quite slow.

It must be due to the network in your area, probably congestion or less signal. I get 1500 kbps+ most of the time. Might be. Will try taking up the issue with Reliance tomorrow.If it still persists,I will move to some other plan. Thnx for the reply.

I am getting speeds which are about hardly 400-500 kbps. Is it due to the service over here in TN or is it for everyone?
