Hi! Guys, I have used many VZW phones and most of them were used on GSM network. I have one issue, how to solve the issue of dialling a local/indian number. Everytime u dial a number that doesnt have country code it takes +1 as default. I need to understand how to solve this issue. Can someone help???

sorry to bump in, Micromax fun book, 7" is available OTC under 5k. check with local vendor, ofcourse it dosent have 3g but can support internet via dongle. and is good under 5k. PS: I found out the rate of 5k with a local vendor in mumbai for a box pack piece when i was hopping in a computer store.

Can we try and keep specific amount as security deposit from a new seller before he starts selling on this forum(with mods, i guess thats the safest). The security can be refunded once the seller reaches to a point with enough reputation that he needs not be kept under monitoring. Also, the number of sales that can be done at a time can be restricted to may one or specific amount till that period. Once the feedback is received, the new seller can put another product for sale. In this case specifically we saw the user kept on mounting posts untill he reached the level of posting a new topic and then...everyone knows the rest....

Unfortunately, Delhi CM being a lady herself has been in power since 98. It shakes me when I think she being a woman hherself has hardly taken any step to prevent such incidents. Delhi is well know for eve teasers and such rapes. I'm not against Delhi but only against ppl in power who have been sitting tightly for years. Rip to the brave heart. Seems Samung is now bridging the gap between a phone & a Phablet. Having known Samsung's pricing policy it should be between S2 & Note around 25-26K which will eventually stabilize at 22k in few months by then S2 will die its own death.... It would be great if Samsung moving away from traditional plastic backs on its phone to more solid HTC types which are easy to handle and even more importantly dont slip from your hands -
Photon was deprived of ICS but m sure most of the ppl in this forum and around the world will agree to it. U can install custom ICS ROM which are pretty stable and almost everything works fine. As far as support on RCDMA is concerned, it should work but u should not flash another ROM on it, it can wipe ur settings.

They have a horrible connectivity. Even after having node just above my house(I live on top floor) I used to get hardly 500kbps connection speed on a 1mbps plan. Worst, the 4g has too much of packet data loss which results into high ping and is not good for a broadband experience. It was started by an ex reliance employee with using 4g technology without even having 4g license. However, they got the license during auctions. I have been to their office too for solving the issue but every time it has been in vain. Of late they have started giving wired connection from their nodes but m not sure how much difference it will make coz it operates on 4g technology which is wireless but gives too much of data loss. Reflashing SBF after unlocking Bootloader on Motorola Atrix 4g

There is a lot of complication in Motorla SBF flashing if u r on unlocked bootloader coz moto is pretty stubborn about it. Y dont u stay with an unlocked bootloader if u dont have to claim warranty for some issue in the phone. You can move back to a complete stock rom expience via some ROM which are available on xda. -
If the radio for note2 on att n vzw are same the like s3 att rom without radio might work. M using vzw s3 with att rom n phone works as if it is a gsm phone out of box. Not working for me... Try phone info app from market and select gsm/wcdma netwrk and check if it helps. If it still doesnt then it must be coz of a different radio firmware in ur handset. try this meanwhile i will check on radio part and get back to u
