I am not seeing any update! Is it like f or each phone separately?

I am still not able to use Tata Docomo cdma.

Lol. Sequentially??? As if it was rolling out for millions of devices. Has anyone experienced issues with touch ?

The signal does not fluctuate for me. I am always on EVDO. And have never used 1X data till now. The best speeb I have managed is 1.67 Mbps and average should be around .6 Mbps. I will upload my speed test results.

Anyone received any update as of now?

Well I would say, this phone is amazing. Touch response is not so good but CDMA thing compensates for it. Speed varies location to location - but all in all - very happy.

Create a new APN. Instead of editing the existing one. Try with just single single.

Okay EVDO working and the feeling is amazing!! Just restarted my handset and it is now working! Have not done a speed test but browsing has been good so far!

I will update later in the evening. Did not bother to bring the dead handset. Glad things are on track again for a few. Yesterday, a female called me from reliance customer support. Asked me to create a new APN with username and password as my mobile number and it never worked. Keeping my fingers crossed. Also guys, what is the APN settings username,password - is it net,net? or is it mdn,mdn?

I had tested it today around 11.30 am. It was not working till then.

Is EVDO working? REV A or REV B?

Okay won't be writing anything elaborate as it was a disappointing day. From being happy to see the data work to being hopelessly disappointed. Display is average to good - not as good as Redmi Prime. If you slightly tilt - you will see a pattern of pixels. Touch is average - works great most of the time. But every now and then it does not work as expected. The UI needs polishing. The phone feels laggy at times. GSM works great. Reception is great. Call quality is great. Battery was great. HOWEVER, mine dropped from 20 to 2% straight and the phone shut down. Will have to observe this. Finally - CDMA. EVDO worked as I inserted the RUIM. Then I tried testing two cDma RUIM together and data stopped working. I get ev symbol for reliance. I get 1x for Tata Docomo cdm a. I got no signal for Bsnl . All in all disappointed that EVDO is not working. I also went to reliance world - but the guy had rec ruc RUIM. Camera is ordinary. Thanks.

expect this while fk is having lots of offer... so did u receive yet? Yes.. I got my phone. EVDO was working with REC RUC ruim but stopped when i tried using bsnl evdo ruim. Since then, not been able to use evdo. However it has latched to evdo rev a network all the while. Data not working. I will update you guys with a brief review later in the night. Currently in office.

@Tauji Flipkart ****ed at delivering the mobile. It was a one day guaranteed delivery. They did not deliver instead sent me an SMS that they could not contact me. Bull****. Now I have to wait one more day.

I will post it tomorrow. I will check with BSNL RUIM, RCDMA, and Tata Docomo cDma.

The data is bound to work as the reliance offer has been extended to Amazon customers as well! And also we know - EVDO works for few. As I am postpaid customer since last 10 years, I will ask them to fix this. By the way, this device is listed on reliance's official website as well!

Ordered mine today! Will get it by tomorrow - keeping my fingers crossed!

As of now, RGE ruim works for almost everyone. I have REC series. I am planning to take a chance. The phone has evdo capability. And that's enough as of now.

What series of RUIM do you have? RGE should work.

What do you mean by sometime? Also, can you use cdma on both slots. When data is working can we receive call on the other number /sim ( dual sim) ? What is the speed of evdo connection? Eagerly waiting for detailed review.

I will also buy one. Waiting for the reviews..

Honor Holly Plus 2 - nor sure if it is rev b or not. But this is a killer device I was waiting for. Finally I will use my dormant cdma number.
