But when i ask in market or TVH, they said only prepaid insta chage card is availble. can anybody tells me where it is avble? which city? i have checked in (thane)mumbai. http://www.tataindicom.com/t-personal-mobi...changecard.aspx also let me know how it works if u have used it. Purpose of this card is that u can chage ur handset, whichout chaning mobile number(same as reliance HCC). This h/s upgade can be done from TVH free of cost. but my observation says. tata is poor in technology. if u got insta chage card. u can convert ur walky phone to SIM card or MOBILE.
