Typing Sms

Recommended Posts

Is there any way i can modify the WORD option of typing the message, I mean it does not have any flexibilty. There is a section on this forum that discussed ways to modify T9 dictionary for LG handset, is there any way of modifying the WORD dictionary for GTRAN?

As of now, the WORD feature of GTRAN is non-customisable tanveer.

Infact your post drew my attention towards this problem. I tweaked with my phone for long but couldnt find any way out.

So I visited GTRAN's korean website and logged in the query in the Q/A section.

Will post the reply as soon as I get one from them :)

It doesnt matter if its LG or GTRAN have you exactly followed the steps necessary

to add a word you want in the dictionary, first enter the word in ABC format as soon as the cursor leaves the last letter moves onto the next space immediately cycle using your soft key 2 button to go back to T9En, next time you enter the word it will come up proper however there are instances when the word comes up jibberish after using the above mentioned steps but then all you need to do is press the next button and that will allow you to cycle through all the words with the exact same keystrokes as the word you have added. Let me know if this works for you, I might upgrade to a GTRAN soon
