R-connect Dialer From Reliance

Recommended Posts

Hi guys!

RConnect Dialer provided by Reliance doesnt work properly.

I mean there r two Check Boxes in this dialer:

Save Password

Launch IE

In older versions these were not present.

Now come to the problem.

These check boxes dont remember their settings.

Save Password by default is not selected and Launch IE is selected.

But if i unselect Launch IE check box, it works. But after exiting Dialer if i reopen dialer, it forgets the setting and Launch IE is selected again.

Same for Save Password.

Very irritating!

Does anyone know the solution?

Other wise create a shortcut for Rconnect dialer from network and dial up connection, that will solve all these problems.

No, its windows XP feature.

I think rEdshiFt is using win XP.

In win 98 password is shown of the actual length.

But in XP it shows many stars instead of the actual length.
