Reliance Netconnect+ Broadband Not Working With Connectify

What is the best way to create a hotspot with Reliance Netconnect+ and Windows 7 on a laptop?

I have tried Connectify, Virtual Router & MHotspot but none are working together with the Reliance Netconnect+ Broadband connection. Connectify works beautifully with all other networks, wireline or wireless but gives Error 31 when used with Reliance Netconnect.

Any advice appreciated?

I am now using OLIVE WiFi Router vR9 with MTS MBlaze USB modem (also Huwaei 3G Modem with Docomo 3G) without any issue... It is better than using any sw, because even I earlier had problems with Spotify + MBlaze in my Win7 Lappy...
