vaibhav bhai, you are missing something here when you use volume key+power key to get to recovery it shows no command at this point you have to press either of the voume keys again(or maybe it was the power key , cant remember right now) to get into recovery, where you can do factory reset its a two step process to reach there. i have tried this on lenovo s920 & p780 both first reach the no command page.

Just use rsd to flash the non-ota SU6-7 that can be downloaded from yandex and then follow the steps. This will factory rest your phone so make a backup of things you want to keep. Lg tribute does not support rev.b its max data transfer rate is upto rev.A. if u make it rev.b through dfs,network shows rev.b but data works in 1x mode only..rev.B is only rumour in lg ribute.. I have been looking for this since a long time. A top notch tablet with cdma data service. Despite of lot of complaints on different topics on our forums I still am a cdma fan.
