Has anyone tried this router?? LINK This router seller sells it as usb modems compatible with UMTS/HSDPA/CDMA. Is this a router which can support GSM as well as CDMA usb modems for 3G speeds??

^^^^ ditto.. DK has given a very simplified answer, so it would be best to wait until the phone manufacturer itself provides the update to the android version in question.. It also depends on the hardware that the phone supports.. Like for example, any processor less than 1GHz might not support the Gingerbread (3.0) version of android..

^^^ Very true Aalok... I had also bought one phone during Independence Day celebrations. BB PEARL. Though I received everything mentioned in the listing, except the box. Later on, I switch on the phone, IT DOES NOT TURN ON. And then, I open to check battery and all, but everything (parts) that was visible seemed to be refurbished (but of good quality) Doob gaye mere 6K rupees that time. The accessories are Original. Planning to sell them off rimweb in a few days' time. I have the phone lying as it is. I think it can be used for parts or something.

Aircel has shown great interest according to various sources, that they will be testing, implementing and providing their 'keemti' Broadband wireless 10 MHz freq. dedicated towards LTE over WiMAX. Hope others too implement LTE. Its a known and better technology than WiMAX I personally feel.

I had seen in newspaper (TOI) that one first video call was made from Mumbai to Delhi, I think yesterday. Just to test the 3G network of vodafone.. Vodafone and DCM (Tata docomo) are already having 3g networks deployed elsewhere in the world.. so they have the resources, expert know how. So their services will be unmatched.

^^ I feel battery is not an issue on incredible. Its only for moderate to heavy users like gurus of rimweb, that they feel battery is low for incredible. Aise bhi, before EPIC launch, no one was complaining about battery.. Its only when new products come out, that people start comparing the newer one with the existing one..
