Why don't they offer something FREE to their loyal customers ???

@rbdhoot

My dear friend, earlier they do reward their loyal customers by giving the "BEST CUSTOMER REWARD" in which they offer free talktime of Rs. 125/- per month for 3 continuos months that comes to Rs.375/- in total. But now no such free lunches from Reliance.

Regards.

Why do they need to give any more free lunches? They are not new to the industry now. They are running into their 5th year now, so they are not crawling now, they are already running. Dont expect any more free lunches. There is no such thing as 'customer loyalty' nowadays. If one is unhappy, he can simply switch operators.
