Yes my dear Abhishek, as of now IDEA Data Card (Netsetter) is the best option.

You can have the review about IDEA Netsetter in the below mentioned thread :

I've seen a topic where the member was getting very good speed with Idea GPRS with EDGE. If EDGE service is available in your area, I would suggest you to go for it.

My dear Abhishek, their are many issues with Reliance Network in Mumbai now a days.

No matter, whichever Data Card you buy, but just keep in mind that IDEA Netsetter is already 3G enabled, means their's no need to upgrade the hardware when 3G is allowed.

And Reliance Data Cards don't have EVDO even.

Thats the basic difference. I'm using IDEA Data Card without any hassles.

What? then what is the CD in the box for?

Although it would be great if thats really the case.

We can actually call it plug & play if the CD need not be carried around.

Yes my dear friend, its 3G enabled. The new stock of Idea Netsetter which has been recently distributed / sold in Mumbai is 3G enabled.

Still you can confirm the same from the CC of IDEA also. :)

In Idea Netsetter's Dialer, their's a connection bar which shows the signal strength. I get the best speeds even at 10% signal strength. Although in my Area mostly I get signal strength nearly 90-5% but sometimes when signal strength drops then also their's no problems in downloading or uploading.

For me Idea Rocks. :)

Still didn't understand by what ur trying to say..

If the CD is for all o/s' then why do you say u don't require a CD & that EC121 is plug n play?

CD is not required for XP and Vista.

Drivers for XP and Vista can be downloaded directly from USB Data Card.

My dear friend, no doubt that unlimited usage tariffs in BSNL data card is really low, but one of our dearest member (kshah) had used it and he told that the speed is really pathetic. You can search the forum and read kshah's views on BSNL data card.

Regards.

Is there any GSM datacard available from BSNL?

Kamalbhai, I think kshah used the EVDO card of BSNL, not the GSM one.

Oh thanks for correcting me, my dear Asit.

It was the EVDO data card which was used by kshah.
