The linked payment etc. site is a pain in the .... Very erratic and unfriendly. Also, full of mistakes. If your 'lost password' question is date of birth it asks for dob in mm/dd/yyyy format but works on dd/mm/yyyy! Had a very tough time switching and had to get CS involved three times.

Yes password problem is there,

I have to reset my password almost once a week, also it will not allow you to keep your last 5 used passwords.

Better to change the secret question and answer from Date of Birth to Other in EDIT PROFILE

try clearing yr browser cache and also clear history if not required. also try refreshing the page while pressing ctrl key..

check for virus then.. its problem with your browser. change broser ie if you using E then try Firefox or viceversa.

same in Opera ,Ocra, mozilla, IE...

no solution untill

many times rcom has issues with non IE browsers - use it for all aspx pages -

Guys opening link is not a problem View a coverage area in it... by seleting all STATE-->DISTRICT-->TALUK--> then view coverage...

rcom is using aspx pages, so many times it dose not open in chrome, best is to use IE for rcom

ASPX is back scripting used with Enterprise.Net Core it have nothing to do with Front End Browser. Yes but Frontend HTML, AJAX pages sud be made and tested againsts all Browser for Compatibility which indian site lacks. Use of Non Standard Calls, Feature VBScript creates problem too
