If you do lot of sms and outgoing calls then shift to reliance cdma..

1. All outgoing rates will be same.

2. Sms charge same i.e. 1P/sms

3. unlimited plans too can be used in roaming.

One more benefit you will get with this... You will get a range of awsome handset in unbelievable price here... :) Which cannot be compared.

Port to TataCDMA (they wont hesitate to do porting) and ask for plan CallIndiaRoam399 plan...

Rent:- Rs399

FREE HOME Usage:- Rs300

Usage in Home:-

Locals 30p and STD 50p

On Roaming:-

Local/STD 50p, Incoming calls 2000mins FREE, 50p thereafter

SMS:-

399 Local/STD/Roaming SMS FREE, 50p thereafter...

--------------------------------

P.S.:-

I am actually porting from Indicom to Docomo, due to lack of EVDO in my places... But since EVDO is there in Delhi (and Docomo is absent there), you can do the converse...

I think recently Reliance increased charges for Roaming Sms. Subscribers are not allowed to get the benefit of sms packs in roaming under most of the prepaid / postpaid plans.

Reliance cdma prepaid in haryana used to unlited roaming free in 179 recharge for 6 months. Details with other call rates there somewhere in this forum also. You can check for that also with local reliance office and then can get mnp also or search for details on this forum.

If you could not get then pm me. Will check up and send details
