krishna.tungal 7 Report post Posted July 6, 2012 I found any issue here, before remove the chinese Apps, the GSM was working fine with 3G, now the GSM is not catching up 3G. only GPRS is working. and Preferred Network in Mobile Networks settings is disabled where we can set it for GSM or UMTS. any Idea or anyone came across this issue and the solution for the same? ank_ahi 1 Report post Posted July 19, 2012 Dear Kapil ji, I am viewing ur post from last one months and a bit impressed by seeing ur selfless efforts for dorid inc2 Indian users. i am personaly using inc2 and in presend using Ecliptic Sense RC-3 I am a CDMA user and i want to add this that RC-3 is the best Rom i have practically used since last 3 months as before i was using Mikrunny 1.03 world test, I have personally test 1.03 world test on GSM for around 1 month and it is practically perfect for GSM user as 3G is working fine. The Main problem which i am facing with RC-3 is that i cannot use mobile internet services as there is no option of adding APN in this Rom, please suggest me any methos to add my Tata indicom network APN in this ROM as for me this ROM is perfect. KapilAgrawal 340 Report post Posted July 31, 2012 To use this you need to be on fresh install of 3.06.1401.5 If you are on Chinese ROM 3.06.1401.0, do system update -- 9 MB (3.06.1401.3) & 25 MB (3.06.1401.5). Do Not install the ICS update. If you previously removed Chinese Apps on version 3.06.1401.0 & try to do OTA, your phone will not accept it and this method will NOT work. Follow the instructions clearly. Most important --- manually Start Recovery without restarting the Phone from fastboot mode. Select Bootloader -> Recovery. Enable USB Debugging (Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging --- Check & OK) 3. go to Inc2_PC folder. krishna.tungal 7 Report post Posted August 6, 2012 I am seeing some new Icon next to my signal bar when I connect my headphone. its a "Phone symbol with 5 blocks below it". I searched in google and found that it related to some TTY. byt in my phone there is no setting for TTY. I am using Incredible 2 with GB chinese ROM with all Chinese apps removed. the issue is when i call the volume is full always and cant reduce it and the opposite person can not hear my vice properly but I can hear their..
