Done in UK ? by which network ? ??? Coz I am in touch with customers from each and every network in UK, ROI and Isle of Mann ... and nowhere have I heard anything like that.. 3, Orange, Sprint, T-mobile, Virgin, Spirit, Vodaphone, O2 ... or any of the other sub players ... no they do not pay u for bringing traffic to ur network. maybe optical10 can confirm about this too...
