In today's world where tech advancements are taking place at such a rapid pace, any investment in an electronics/IT goods is a always a bad investment...if you think that way...I bought LG 6330 @Rs.5500 a few weeks ago, and then LG-6000's price was dropped to Rs.6000.

Anyway, 6275i appears to be a good handset, better than 6265.

hope it comes soon cant wait more, 6275i does look a good one , but these guys am sure will price it high, then we could see the price of 6265 falling down . pity the guys who bought 6265 they really have been duped , i mean for like 16 k one can get better gsm sets and also they are closing in on tariffs to reliance . so like me i have a gsm hutch conn with a k800i phone which i got for like 20k , and now planning to upgrade my cdma phone but there doesn seem to many good ones around. my 6585 cdma is good though am unable to find out replacements panel for it anyone knows wher i can ?? LG phones are hopeless . someone told we goona get lg choclate in nov mid , wonder how true that will be. god knows what to rel get by restricting our phone choice option . it should be like gsm , sky is the limit . and ya technology changes every 6 month so being a techgeek is a expensive hobby :clap:

he he ... ask me about it :D

12 months - and these are the handsets that have run thro my hands... about 24 :D

:: CDMA ::

Lg rd2030, rd5130, Samsung N191, Nokia 2280.

Telson TWC1150, Kyocera 7135, Nokia 6255, Nokia 6275i.

:: WCDMA / TB GSM ::

Nec e616, e818.

Nokia 6280, 6680, N70, N80, N73.

LG 8130, 8180, U880, U890.

Benq - some yet to launch test handsets :D

SE K608i, K800i (it rocks .. 3.2 MP cybeshot cam man!!), K610i.

Moto V3x.

but in the end I end up kicking out most of them to buy newer makes ... to test and fiddle :D ..

Thanks to a highly co-operative place where i work, can pick handsets :D

hehe :D

cheers

ashok

PS : I contacted one of my mates in Nokia, who informs me that testing has shifted from CDMA to WCDMA (mostly GSM tech). the CDMA handsets are being tested by 1st line managers (and direct staff therein) so getting more details out might be a little difficult !
