3 pointsLol... Kamalbhai, See the stupidity of answers and level of English in the PDF... Dead Give Away of What a Massive Scam This Will Be... Now i could raise many logical questions, provide info, background experience to prove that Speak Asia is nothing but a Massive MLM Fraud going on which when it will get busted... Will Take Thousands of People's Money With Them...As always happens...And Happenned with All Such MLM Schemes in India... But instead of wasting my precious time on this massive exercise.... We will start with an Easy Way to Decode This No Brainer... First a Little Background For Members Who Are Not Aware What We Are Talking About... As per the Claims of Some of the Members here... -SpeakAsia Online is very reputed, genuine company which does online survey work for Govt. of India, Lots of Indian Corporates and Sells them this Survey Results For a Price...So that's their Revenue... -Inputs for Such Survey is being provided by Panelists who have to enroll with them and Pay Approx $ 220 for becoming a Panelist... -Once you will become a Panelist, You will be offered to take part in Online Surveys...And Get Paid for This...And Since some of the Members who are also RIMweb Members are Actually Getting Paid, So No Reason To Worry!!! <<< That's the single reason for everyone to Trust this Skeleton... Now As per the Information Available Publicly... (Feel Free to Correct if Anything is Wrong Here....) -You will be offered Generally 2 Surveys Per Week as a Normally Enrolled Member -For Each Survey, You will be paid $ 10 -You will get paid more if you ENROLL more members...Again Each New Enrolled Member Brings in $ 220 for Speak Asia... -The Structure of Point System How Much More You will get Paid is HERE based on how Many more members you Enroll... The Structure Itself Gives Away this as a Classical MLM Marketing Fraud...You Don't Earn More if you don't Enroll More "BAKRAS"....Who will keep the "CHAKKAR" rolling.... First a Background of What Vikas Mahajan has earned as he has mentioned here in this thread itself... He did his First Survey on 6-10-2010 As per him, Each Week We Get Two Surveys & Get Paid $ 10 For Each He Earned $ 890 on 14-12-2010 He Earned $ 500 on 13-1-2010 So Total He Earned is $ 1,390 Now Some STATISTICS... How Many Weeks we have From 6-10-2010 to 13-1-201....16 Week Approx... 2 Survey Per Week... Total 32 Survey... $ 10 Per Survey.. Total Income Should be $ 320 (Provided he did not Enroll Any Other Member) But He Earned $ 1,390 instead of $ 320.... So $ 1,070 MORE...And We Will Know The Answer To That Magic Once The Following Is Known... And NOW FEW SIMPLE QUESTION FOR VIKAS MAHAJAN..... 1. How many surveys did you take between the period 6-10-2010 to 13-1-2010. 2. Am I Correct in assuming that you would have been paid $ 10 for each survey if you would not have enrolled any further members? 3. How many members did you enroll during the above period? Please Give Separate Data For RIMweb Members & Others... 4. How did the enrolled Members pay their Membership Fees? To Whom? By What Mode? Cheque, Cash, DD? In Indian Rupee OR in US Dollars? 5. If the enrolled members paid the Fees through you, How it was further remitted? To Whom? 6. Was the Membership Fees Fully Remitted OR Did you get any Incentives Out of That? Either by keeping a part before remitting OR getting paid afterwards... I have nothing Personal Against Anyone...The Whole Purpose is that No RIMweb Member Remains in Dark because i love RIMweb....

1 pointFew of my doubts - from the point of view of a 'panelist' & as an extension to the ongoing CID probe: * Why only fixed surveys? they have fixed clients each week/month? why not greater or lesser than 2 per week per panelist ? * As they value our 'feedback' so much, why collect 11k under the garb of E-zine subscription, why cant they just say we need serious ppl who invest & dont take this survey as a joke.. that still makes sense. * Surveys are very short & easy (which i finish in 5mins each, really my 5-10 mins is worth $10 ? Can't i sit whole day if they pay me like this ? Makes me feel they make is simple, as want to encourage more new panelists - usually ppl doubt their ability to earn 500 bucks for such surveys, thinking it will be draining. * Each person can have upto 9 sub-panels (accounts), provided they pay 11k for each account.. So Speakasia values my 20 diff surveys a month only if a invest 11k x 10 accounts ? From where do you get these additional Clients/E-zines to feed my 18 extra surveys a month ? Google.. ? * They keep having serious schemes & rewards for converting your E-wallet dollars into new subscriptions.. so basically try not to ask us for money transfer, take it in full from the new guy by paying back the $$ on his behalf. * But, Parantu, Lekin, soon they will start flashing an Advert for which you need to compulsorily find the right answer (else it replays) before the actual survey... Now does this really mean they are expecting 'additional' revenue thru Ads also ? This really sounds more legitimate eh.... Anyways, I always had a feeling that maybe after 1-2 yrs it may wind up.. Vikas will agree that till today i tell him the same.. Yaar, lekin tab tak - Behti Ganga mein hath dho lete hain.. doesnt mean i endorse it, neither will i actively sign-up others as im not sure abt this myself.. Assuming its a fake, shouldn't happen that because of my recommendation & subsequent word of mouth, many lose money after 1-3 yrs down the line when this shuts.. its gonna come back. But, if anybody can for-see that Sensex will only rise till 2012, why will anybody not invest & earn fokat ka money till then ? 1) Simple calculation hai, pay 11k 2) Make 4k each month thru 8 surveys.. Thats a 40% return, 3 months mein investment ki wasooli, uske baad kamai.. 3) Karna hai to karo, Vikas ki aur na maro !

1 pointI fail to agree with you. Until now even i was of the opinion that RCOM was an acquisition target on the radar of RIL. But after the recent turn of events I fail to think so. I definitely agree that with sentiments so low, RIL may be able to acquire a huge chunk of RCOM for a very low price considering the hammering of the RCOM stock. But at the end of the day if such a share exchange takes place, RIL would not be buying an asset but LITIGATION!!!!! Rcom is in deep trouble especially after the link ups with Swan etc. They are in the news for all the wrong reasons you can think about. Actually I was also of the opinion that the unity of RCOM and RIL would have been a huge boost and would have complimented both their respective requirements in a huge manner and they would have been able to create a telecom company of such huge magnitude which was until now unheard in the Indian Telecom Industry. It would have been the only company with pan India 2G and 4G licenses and also a few 3G circles (pan India 3G also if they enter into network sharing agreement with other 3G operators in other circles). But now it is a distant dream!!!!!!!!!RCOM would have got the much needed cash and RIL would have relished on RCOM's telecom infrastructure to support its 4G coverage

1 pointThere is one more aspect to this - even if MNP works smoothly for the majority and not for a minority, one cannot say that it does not matter. It does not help those for who it has not worked as it should when you say you are just a minority, so don't crib. In fact many companies use this tactic - for eg. Reliance and ICICI insurance are known to reject say 2 out of 10 genuine claims. Come to think of it, this way they can offer lower premiums too! Now if you ask customers of these companies, you will likely get very varied responses. Those amongst the 80% will say the companies are good, because they have got their claims successfully processed. The remaining 20% will cry foul. To rub it in, the other 80% may actually support such companies with the myopic view that their policies have worked for them and may even go to the extent of recommend these companies to others, esp. considering the lower premiums. Further, another section may say that majority have benefited, so let us give the companies the benefit of doubt (similar to what some are suggesting here). If someone has been robbed, it does not really help him to show him statistics and say you are the only one in the city who has been robbed in x years, so take solace in the statistics and enjoy. Point is again that the there is no accountability or redressal for those who are suffering. Banking and Insurance sectors at least have an Ombudsman. Why not telecom? Why is the DoT come out with this farce called PG Cell in its place?

1 pointMy dear friend, as you are claiming that you got the reply from the officials of the company, then why there's no name of the official mentioned who has responded to your querries ? When did you received this PDF ? If you don't mind, can you mention the name of the official from whom you got the above reply in pdf ? That means you are taking the guarantee or what ?

1 point@Kumaarshah To check whether your PC has USB 2.0 Port... Right Click..My Computer..Properties...Hardware...Device Manager..Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers.. If you see an entry similar to Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller.... Your PC has USB 2.0 Port. Also if you are using a Desktop PC & using Front USB ports in the Cabinet.... Some of the older ones has Front 1.1 USB... Use the Backside Port.. USB 1.1 & USB 2.0 has maximum theoreticall bus speed of 12Mbps & 480Mbps respectively...But this are theoretical...No USB Hard Disk can even give you full theoretical speed... Fastest Premium Priced USB Pen Drives from brands like Corsair generally max out at 30Mbps writing speed... Copying speeds will be lower if you are copying few large size files instead of smaller ones..

1 pointIf anyone has got the drive do try copying a file greater than 4 GB and see if it works. Most 16GB drives at low prices are 4 GB ones hacked so that windows shows them as 16 GB. I once bought from Ebay and had to return to seller at my own cost to get refund. Not saying that this deal is not genuine, just advising to check it immediately after buying.

1 pointPhantom Flex The world's most flexible digital cinema camera Shoot 5-2570 fps at 1920 x 1080 1200 ISO HQ Mode for ultimate image quality Raw digital and/or video workflow solutions Flexible lens solutions Product Page http://www.visionres...s/Phantom-Flex/ Phantom Flex camera slows down time, drops jaws with incredible 2,564fps slowmo footage Ever wanted to see flowing water slowed down to the point of transforming into a series of airborne droplets? This video has that. And more. A chap by the name of Tom Guilmette got to work with a Vision Research Phantom Flex camera recently, and, being the true geek that he is, he put together a video composition of staggering slow-motion footage. When pushed to its limit, the Phantom is capable of filling every second of 1080p recording with 2,800 frames, though Tom mercifully ran it at a lower 2,564fps speed. That's still sufficient temporal resolution to let you track the wave of an impact's vibration as it travels up a BlackBerry's body -- oh yeah, it's as awesome as it sounds. 1 pointEye Writer How do you communicate when your brain is active but your body isn't? The EyeWriter, a collaboration from the Ebeling Group, the Not Impossible Foundation and Graffiti Research Lab, uses low-cost eye-tracking glasses and open-source software to allow people suffering from any kind of neuromuscular syndrome to write and draw by tracking their eye movement and translating it to lines on a screen. The device was created for Tony "Tempt" Quan, an L.A.-based graffiti artist who was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease in 2003. After trying the EyeWriter — the first time he'd drawn anything since he was fully paralyzed — Quan said, "It feels like taking a breath after being held underwater for five minutes." The device is an eye-tracking camera that mounts to a pair of glasses, which interprets eye movement as cursor or pen movement. but it's not just that it's eye-tracking software, which has existed for years. It's that it's a) open source, designed to be an inexpensive DIY task, and c) implemented with software that allows paralyzed people to again re-engage with life and helps using Computers for Drawing, Text-Input and Communicating. Beauty of the device is that it is assembled from commonly available hardware at a Cost of Approx. $ 50. This is what i call real meaningful use of Technology.
