    i did a factory reset 3 times, reinstalled all drivers in my pc 10 times , tried to change the usb port @ gafar but nothing worked. even lost root in the process. i thought it was hardware failure and was about to purchase S3 from parin but then i tried something different. i booted my cell in safe mode (keep pressing the power off for a few seconds ) and then connected my handset to my pc, it connected and usb popup showed in the cell. i changed the mode to MTP and could access my expandable storage.still mass storage option was giving issues. so now i knew the issue was some app/driver which had screwed the connection. i removed all apps and started afresh. did a factory reset and did not install any app from titanium backup or gmail backup etc. installed only those which i wanted from market and genuinely needed ones from TB. I have a licensed uniblue .driver scanner from freegiveawayoftheday and updated all my drivers to be on a safer side. and now the phone connects via MTP as well as mass storage!! rotting JB was as easy as a cake again. in short saved 18k (mint s3 cost), deduct 1100 for the new battery i purchased for my backup phone moto XT800. in short a win win for me. I love the build quality of motorola, battery still lasts full one day with heavy usage and never faced any issues till this one but now which is solved.

    That is why they never are able to get volumes. they are lagging in almost everything. instead of being proactive, they are reactive! , why make devices with no sd card slot. also their flagship HTC one is yet to get 4.2

  22. thanks RM, any good deals on sandisk ultra 32gb class 10, have read this is better and offers better read / write speeds than Transcend. i am eyeing this one, internet is full of issues with galaxy range of samsung with this particular micro SD card. just wanna be sure that i dont face issues with XTZ.
