  6. Even if one dials by adding "0" instead of "+91" it would have the same effect. One this gets introduced, the Operators are expected to come out with plans similar to the new My Home Roam plan from Reliance, to retain customers.

  8. went to hyderabad for 3 days. Reliance 3G worked without any problem. No additional charge, usage deducted from data balance just like home circle..
  9. I am using this for the last 1-1/2 years with MTS datacard. So far very good experience without any problem.

    is your card by any chance "verbatim" make? had similar problems with two cards of that make. Had something to do with charging the handset from PC through USB

I am using TPlink MR 3020 with MTS dongle for last 14-15 months. To make it recognise the dongle, you need to downgrade the firmware of the router to 2011 version. Its a relatively easy process. Did the same thing for one of my office mates who is using tata docomo dongle.

  21. RCDMA do not have roaming agreement with anyone in India. So its either Own Network (no roaming charges on data) or NO Network.
  22. own company network = no roaming. other company network = roaming. does not matter whether CDMA or GSM. e.g. MTS has service in limited circles. for other circles it has data roaming arrangement with TATA.

    @VA I have been doing that since long, through a TP-Link 3G router. But there are mobility limitations to that set-up. So it all depends on the specific requirement of individual users.
