  1. It's not bluetooth version. You can daisy chain but the output won't be stereo. Don't fall for such propaganda & re-circulate it. AFAIK, No brand has said that they are restricting warranty for online purchases of genuine products. They can't even do that legally. Because online stores are selling most products far below MRP / Market operating prices decided by the brands, brick-mortar stores, traditional retailers are feeling the pinch as sales of many tech products are moving online. Such retailers are used to sell near to MRP & make good margins. Some have through associations protested/complained to brands. Due to this some brands have issued consumer advisory couched in confusion saying that products sold online may not be genuine/could be fake and hence the customer may not get the desired warranty. They have also said that online stores are selling products at much less price distorting the market and such practice is not in consumer interest!! Right, according to brands, consumers getting products cheaper is not in consumer interest!! Only thing they are doing is to publicise this in media confusing consumers who are not properly aware. Such consumers will think twice before buying online and will help brands in doing delicate balancing between retail chain & online business.

Facebook is buying WhatsApp messaging app for $19 billion Source New York: Facebook is buying mobile messaging service WhatsApp for $19 billion in cash and stock, by far the company's largest acquisition and bigger than any that Google, Microsoft or Apple have ever done. The world's biggest social networking company said on Wednesday that it is paying $12 billion in Facebook stock and $4 billion in cash for WhatsApp. In addition, the app's founders and employees - 55 in all - will be granted restricted stock worth $3 billion that will vest over four years after the deal closes. The deal translates to roughly 9 per cent of Facebook's market value. In comparison, Google's biggest deal, Motorola Mobility, stood at $12.5 billion, while Microsoft's largest was Skype at $8.5 billion. Apple, meanwhile, has never done a deal above $1 billion. The price stunned Gartner analyst Brian Blau. "I am not surprised they went after WhatsApp, but the amount is staggering," he said.

    Airtel offers 4G LTE at 3G rates on Apple iPhone in Bangalore Source Indian telecom service provider Bharti Airtel announced 4G LTE services at 3G rates on Apple iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C smartphones in Bangalore. In a statement, Airtel said in Bangalore on Apple iPhone 5s or 5c will be able to experience 4G on their mobile at the current 3G prices while on the move. Customers have to change their existing SIM to a 4G SIM to start enjoying 4G on mobile without any need to migrate from their existing data plan. Customers on 2G/GPRS data plans/packs can also opt for any of the 3G plans/packs available and enjoy 4G speeds. In addition to these plans, for heavy data users, Airtel also announced the launch of a new 4G plan giving customers 10 GB 4G data for Rs 1,000. While data browsing will be on 4G network, voice calls will be routed on 2G/3G seamlessly with the CSFB (circuit switched fall back) technology. “Airtel mobile customers using the Apple iPhone 5s and 5c devices can start experience Airtel 4G immediately. While existing Airtel mobile customers have to update their existing SIM to a 4G SIM and select their preferred pack (any existing 3G pack is automatically 4G).     Newly launched XOLO Q1100 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 clocked at higher 1.4 Ghz compared to 1.2Ghz in Moto G (MSM8228, unlike Moto G’s MSM8226). Has the same GPU, 5" display, Micro SD Card support. Meanwhile in addition to things already highlighted, everyone seems to have overlooked 2 other positives for Moto G... Gorilla Glass 3 Splash Resistant Coating I haven't seen above 2 in official warranty handsets of various local/ brands selling around 14-15K. Motorola does not advertise it as waterproof but this splash resistant internal nano coating seems to be quite effective as can be seen from few VIDEOS floating around.
