  2. I have uploaded newer versions of qpst and qxdm in software section. Both these tools give errors on Windows. @Ankit bhai, you have to use sika shortcut maker.apk or shortcutmaster_lite_modded_LS990.apk to pull up apns settings. Do not try to change GSM cellular bands from *#*#4636#*#* or will lose signal. I will put HSPA 3G UMTS band unlock tutorial for xt1055 and xt1093 shortly. Motorola has many diag mode ports like mot qc diag port, Motorola BP diagnostic port, Motorola usb diag port etc but phone's modem responds to only one diag port out of these. Also make sure adb is enabled with pc RSA key authentication. Auto APN for GSM UMTS on xt1093. Sent from my K016 using Tapatalk

    I have the nvf of N8000 but your meid/imei will be A10000B0000000 if you restore it. Your network signal can go away and radio may turn off. Baseband can become unknown.

    You cannot restore NVRAM data on any phone to enable internet. Make it NV only, write Ppp username =omhtest@omh.relianceinfo.com and S1912xxxx as Ppp password. Write omhtest@omh.relianceinfo.com in all six profiles in MIP section with pref mobile ip. Reboot and make it ruim if available. If data does not start due to some other issue, use RGERUC SIM.
  7. There are two variants of the same model in Verizon lineup. One is factory GSM unlocked and the other is NOT GSM unlocked. This method is based on the small box packing GSM/CDMA variant of Verizon. Requirements:- DFS or QPST, RGERUC or RECRUC068 sim card Root the handset with Kingroot or any other method available. To enable diag mode if ##3424# does not respond:- adb shell su setprop sys.usb.diag.config diagon 1. SPC=000000, Make RTRE config to RUIM pref and reboot 2. write PPP USR and PASS (select MDR only with evdo rev A_ehrpd) in data section 3. Select 'pref mobile IP' in MIP section and enable all six profiles 4. Entire process with no SIM inside and airplane mode turned on **This is applicable for the global version not the CDMA only version.
  8. GSM with 3G HSPA+ unlocked on LG Tribute5 LS675 using SPR LS990 method after root with Kingroot 4.8.3.apk. After placing node.db file in carrier folder, look for the cust.prop and edit the lines ro.cdma.home.operator to Chameleon and ro.numeric to 000000. Save and exit. This will bring GSM/UMTS selection option in mobile networks settings. Do not rename or delete any system files in Tribute 5. Only freeze them by de-bloater pc app. Do not unroot after GSM unlock process. To be safe, take a qcn backup in qpst before beginning this process. Sent from my K016 using Tapatalk

  11. Virgin Mobile LG Tribute2 works default on all CDMA networks on normal SIM. Samsung Prevail CDMA programming is the same as Samsung core Prime. Do not write any PRL make it RUIM if available. Write omhxxxxx username password. Simple IP. Sent from my Asus Memopad using Tapatalk

  13. Novatel Jetpack 4620L/LE needs little programming by DFS. SPC=000000, go to MIP profiles with a data enabled SIM card inside. Write omhtest@omh.relianceinfo.com in all the six fields in MIP section. A SIM change may require this again. Use RECRUC06 for best connectivity. LG Volt does not work on Reliance RUIM mode, it works on Tata Indicom up to 70% of it's network and 30% no calls on Tata on intra-circle CDMA roaming.
  14. Virgin HTC 626s works after unlocking by xtc2clip tool or can take the help of xda member 'stifilz'. He is giving free unlock service online but remember to donate appropriately. GSM and CDMA both need this type of unlock. Only RGERUC SIM works in this phone. Avoid bad ESN phone as Virgin locks CDMA/GSM data and even WiFi. If a phone of bad ESN arrives, do RTN before SIM unlock. WiFi tether router 6.1.1 (latest) can be purchased for Rs 105 and it works fine on this device.   15. Boost ZTE Speed works on all Indian CDMA RUIMs. It has the same specs as the Samsung Core Prime. It comes on NV mode so getting the MSL from Boost website is necessary. There are many minor ota updates in 4.4.4, programming should be done after that. Hands-free activation can be removed by de-bloater win app. It is a good device with average screen, good cameras and audio.
  16. Boot in TWRP. Then mount>>system. Advanced>>file manager. Go to system/apps. Delete all OMADM files. Reboot. (this even works on write-protection enabled kernel boot images)
  17. your phones that got lost were used or brand new ? All brand new handsets shipped by shopcells. Lost a lot of two brand new HTC 626s Sprint yesterday. Have noted that bad esn/US locked/dented phones never had any problems. Phones having GSM capabilities have maximum risk with PPO. It is a scam by ppobox, they repack ppobox shipments and ship them as GEB purchase and send them to GEB buyers. Shipped today's lot by UPS supersaver worldwide express. Should be here before diwali.
  18. More and more number of phones getting flicked by NY branch of ICCworld. Lost about 8 new phones in end July. Now today 2 more are missing/not received by them. It seems even signature confirmation does not hold any value now. Spoke to Ketan today, he said that they don't know anyone by the name of F.D who signs the shipments upon receipt. We should move to other services as soon as possible.
  19. Good news is that SPR L720 works on OMH very well with data. I received a few phones last week which were shipped on 4.3 OTA. Rooted, flashed phil's recovery and updated to NAE 4.4 modem.tar, flashed rooted stock TW NAE 4.4 flashable ROM.zip from recovery and it reads any RUIM. Have also tested other international CDMA SIM cards on this baked tutorial. Chinese tutorial:- http://www.cdmamod.com/thread-1840-1-1.html the files:- http://pan.baidu.com/s/1hqsUCJU Note 1:- that GSM unlocking requires MDC modem, s4 unlocker and such, and that hidden menu may not be operable on 4.3/4.4 so please make sure its done before this procedure. The chinese tutorial states that a stock MK2 odin file is used, and then the 4.4 zip and the NAE modem, but i have not updated to 4.3 bootloader. Note 2:- OMH/GSM/NV mode (3 networks as called in China) also works on MDC base and CM roms. *Please use your favourite CDMA software to make the phone RUIM only/RUIM if avail before proceeding to this topic. *GSM usage by this method is under development. The entire tutorial is experimental and aimed towards achieving stock like performance.
  20. Will have to root it using CF-auto-root-Fortuna.tar. With root explorer, edit build.prop ro.cdma.operator= to 000000 and the same in a text file in carrier folder. Native hotspot may or may not work after this.

Don't know about LTE version, but boost prevail didn't had sim slot when last time I seen.Sent from my Moto G using Tapatalk Boost Samsung Prevail LTE works on normal SIM, RGERUC and any other CDMA SIM cards. It is the same model G360P based on Sprint Core Prime. It shares the same firmware. Virgin Core Prime also works on all SIM cards. Verizon Core Prime has trouble configuring data and data works only on some few RGERUC SIM cards. There is no GSM on Verizon model.
  25. Activate in on boostmobile.com, native hotspot will work. If you already have an unlocked bootloader (while on 5.0.2), you can flash twrp and use any CM12.1 based ROM. They are all global ROMs with auto APN. No risk of updates and native hotspot works well.Sent from my 710C using Tapatalk
