So if I get this , will there be a software enforced method to get gsm working ? same is for LG optimus, the one u had for sale a few days back. it is also capable of being a world phone. There will not be a software enforced but a few tweaks in NV can help with the world phone capabilities. VZW S3 is also a world phone but unfortunately after a few months they disabled it. One beinf one of the premium phones, there is a high probability of devs to get it working... NV is not always the culprit of locking modes and everything. In optimus g, the main issue is the radio itself. And you cannot just make a radio image and flash that. I'm posting this so that members can avoid doubtful phones which gsmarena claims as worldphone/mini sim support etc.

1 more achievement here, finally repaired the latest LG Sprint Optimus G(Worlds First, isnt even supported by any JTAG group yet) after a week of work. But its working now , m posting this because the members can understand that it takes alot of time for messing around with unsupported phones. -

I have a HTC evo 4G LTE which is dead because I connected a fused charger to it. I showed it to local cell phone technicians, however w/o any success. Will you be able to bring it back to life? or any suggestions pls? I dont think the problem you are having here will be resolved bi jtag, it looks like a hardware fault instead. -

I offer jtag service including shipping back of the phone. LG nitro is unsupported and will take some time to resurrect. @funky_ace supposed to aware of me? Josh is a very talented person. He is in regular contact with riff team and many other and so do I. Unbricked an unsupported phone I.e. the EVO 4g LTE of a friend which was bricked due to Hboot downgrade. Took some time but in the end was happy and its now officially supported phone in Thr list. Time depends on the nature of work beind done on the phone including soldering/exploration of jtag etc. Also the gaffar guys doesn't bother about the physical condition of the phone while opening it Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2 -

There is one more hidden screen if you dial ##SPC , it will take you to the CDMA service edit screen where you can alter your mobile number, mcc, mnc, imsi_s, bb registration id etc

Keep checking the background processes that are going on, kill/block the unwanted processes. Even i usually end up like installing around 25-30apps, but 250+ is like wtf ??

I have been using oxygen online services(oximall.com) from a quite long time and haven't faced much problems, there are some transaction timeouts which gets resolved automatically and deducted balance will be transferred to your main account. IMO you need to get this account by depositing one time security fees, you will get all the benefits(discounts on transferred amount) like regular other oxygen dealers get. -
+1 to the above post, but the 2.5gb plan is only applicable for 2g/edge network usage, whereas tata provide 4.5gb for 94rs(not sure) however only for wap browsing

activate DND, or ask CC guys to block it, if your phone has a blacklist facility, you can simply blacklist the sender
