Quality Of Customer Care

Reliance has worst customer care. my experience for airtel is the best. My 2 complaints, out of which one was for refund of 1100 bucks, both were resolved in max 3 days.

I have recently sent 6 mails to reliance for false recharge of my pre paid connection, but non replied.

I am not very much bothered as my reliance usage is negligible and i lodged complaint against them with various consumer agencies too.
