Mr. M S Rao,

For unconditional call divert, it is*301 and for not reachable, no reply, call reject call diverts, it is *303. To cancel any kind of call divert, *308. But if you want to cancel only unconditional, *302 and for not reachable *304. Similarly for CD on call busy, it is *305 and to cancel this *306. In all cases except cancellation, add the mobile number or the STD code+LL number. However only within circle numbers can be used for call forwarding and not any STD mobiles or LL numbers.

The above procedure will not work for GSM.

@mukesh,

Did you use a STD number for CD? It will not work or maybe you used a number series (like 90,91,95, 96) which has not been updated by RCOM. Try dialling out that number from your RCOM GSM phone without the '0' and if it goes through, then CD should work properly.
