deepu 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2005 Here is the steps to do it... Be carefull your current mails in mailbox may get deleted. so copy it to some other place using Outlook and do this... Steps Login ur hotmail account and go to options. Go to "Personal" Click "My Profile" Change Country to "United States" Wait for browser to load United states settings. Change the state to "Florida" and zip code "33332" Click "update" Click "Continue" Go to "Language" and make sure its "English" Paste this link in the same browser. http://by17fd.bay17.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/Accountclose Wait until the Screen says you're Hotmail is Closed and ready to be deleted. Click "Close Account". Go back to login page and relogin to ur hotmail account..!! Your account size will now increase to 25 MB which a mnth later becomes 250 mb. chandramauli 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2005 (edited) i did that yesterday and it went upto 25mb and then again i checked my mails it went to 250mb in one of my hotmail accounts but in the other its still 25mb. oops u forgot one thing...if u want to save ur mails, then make a NEW folder and move all ur mails in that... then close ur account... ur mails will be saved CAD thats not true ...even if u dont save them in a new folder your account will still get updated without losing your mails, but the only thing its that u will have to activate your account within 24hrs.
