UNBILL INFO at R-World

Recommended Posts

they definately need something more concrete ... the unbilled info reduces call amount the next day but sms cost takes atleast 2 days to get updated ! sometimes it shoots up after 3 days ... ur right, they should prob include that service in the 1234 services ...

ive been noticing for the past two days, the unbilled info is getting updated quite fast ... i mean the messages that i sent yesterday, were billed for and shown when i checked now ... prob they want ppl to use this feature in R world and so they're beefing it up

Unbill info includes RConnect charges (not the monthly subscription fee, but the usage charges). Anyway, it doesn't include any monthly rental charges.

itz better to update all the billing details including rconnect, sms and all other calls. so the user will be in a position to know the charges.

I guess this thing was already discussed here

R-Bill on the web

Also unless you pay for Itemised Bill you wont get the details in the Bill

provided in the site..

Its just a copy of the bill you receive by post :P

I have never been able to access my bill thru the site

Same here. My scene is that my fone has been accidentally registered as a corporate connection wherein i can get more connections in the same account. So their bills are not viewable on the site! I hope to find some way to recify this!

If u have some substantial no. of subscribers in the corporate plan, then RIM would give u better tariffs than the regular ones.

Otherwise, there is absolutely no difference!

yEah we will be happy if the bill is concurrent with the calls we have made day to day.like if we had used till the 15 th of a month the bill should be shown till then day to day if not second to second.
