It appears to be a good phone. But is this handset being sold by any service provider rel or tata ? or do we have to purchase it from nokia & get it activated ?

does it supports r-uim & t-sim ?

what is the price difference between microSD & miniSD ?

It supports RUIM.

Great news is that from now all handsets in Reliance will be RUIM based(including classic 401) .It augurs well for their GSM plan.

First and foremost information is its a successor of 6265 and certainly not below 6265 in any feature.

MicroSD(transflash) is more popular and tiny compared to miniSD.

"physical screen is smaller than 6265" is purely an optical illusion.

It supports cancatenated SMS(in LG terminology - LMS) which is missing in 6265.

One important addition in this phone is it supports GPS.

Whether Reliance will take advantage of this feature is left to its customer-focus strategy.

Being Java Series 40 3rd Edition

It must Support Video Streaming

In Comparision it is told that Video Recording is not Supported

But please Correct it? SuperNova

I think it must Support Video Recording.

Both 6265 vs 6275 has not big Different in Funcationality, Software Support,

All Model WHich has i after Support GPS

6265i launched in us have GPS

All CDMA Handset of Nokia Launched in US have i after it

Nokia 6256i, (With Wap and GPS)

Nokia 6265i (with GPS)

India Nokia 6265 Support Tower Based GPS but we have to get i Firmware before working on it.

As 6275i is Supported with GPS but the Network is not Providing

GPS via Network is

Handset try to Poll timing in Microseconds from What ever available Tower of Reliance than It polls Tower Longatitue, Latitude then Refereing the Gap Between the Microsecond It Tries to Locate the Position of Handser Between the Three Tower ands then Send Calculated GPS Cordination to Operator which is usable in Vehicle Tracking, Security, and for other MIS Purpose

They had made the same kind of mistake with the 6265 also initially and rectified it after sometime. Its really dumb because i was searching for the phone on the site under the video phone cat when i was told its launched...never occured to me that they can be so dumb.

wow yaar. reliance has finallly started to price the handsets well. it's really surprising that this handset is 4k less than 6265, when almost all features are comparable. way to go Reliance!

But why is the view negative with the battery? AFAIK, BL-6c is the latest battery with largest talktime n standby time from Nokia. Is the battery life low because of the big screen?

Yes animeher

The Battery Life as website of Nokia (Nokia-asia.com) show Lesser than 6265

But I think as Battery is Same in Both Handset with Same Screen and Software, seems that Battery is also as good as 6265

BL-6C is used in Both Phone

6265 and 6275
