Very nice idea.. That will definitely bring positive change in BSNL for sure.. But do you think it is easy to FIRE OFF 95% of the staffs incl. top management to last cadres people , especially with the presence of Emp Union???

yes use 348 u will need to put phone in diag mode for diag mode 1) download and install htc sync on ur pc 2) on phone dial ##3424# 3) connect phone to pc 4) slide open notification bar and press htc sync 5) it will say new hardware detected and ask for diag drivers 6) locate to driver folder and install drivers 7) go to device manager on pc and see which port your phone is connected to 8) open qpst go to qpst configurator 9) add ur com port to which phone is connected 10) now open service programming and press read from phone HTC Hero DIAG Drivers.rar

^^^ simple just connect your phone to qpst 2.7 build 323 go to ppp tab in un/an tabs write your username and password and click write
