Recently I've learned a lesson while buying the phone from MTS online shop. I've ordered a phone in their website. The model i've ordered is MTS DUAL CG131. I wanted an MTS number so i preferred to get it from them. But after i've ordered, there is no follow-up. Still the website showing that my order fullfullment in progress. I've ordered it on April 21. I came here to UK on May 7 due to my work. They didn't delivered it before that. The thing is still they didn't delivered it yet. I don't know when they are going to deliver my phone. I am going to sue them in consumer court for cheating.. Do you have any ideas how to handle this.

You can go for HTC Desire 700C. If your budget not allowing goto HTC Desire 600C. If you want bigger screen wait for Desire 816. I don't know any other handsets that supports 3G data on both GSM and CDMA

please follow the steps to download the files:- 1. In that folder, go to the folder where you can see the files and two folders listed. Choose the files you want to download, except first two folder which contains the update and the full firmware. now click download icon in the top. it should give you second option which is normal download for a zip file contains all of your chosen file. 2. for downloading the 4.4 update file in the first folder, click on the folder and click the link for the file( make sure you choose that file only), now you can download that file. 3. for the full firmware, use the download link : www.mediafire.com/download/uzlq1g9oizof7x2/SPR-L720VPUEMK2-20131212171424.zip

For Reliance, cut and used my old SIM. For MTS, got a new smartphone SIM and had to cut it. Both working fine and no settings needed other than set the phone mode to 'automatic'. Not sure about the new micro Sims.

i think there is no checking mechanism for maximum connections is in process along with telcos. Maybe taking more than 9 connection is not possible with one provider. but certainly it is possible with multiple telcos using same id proof. i'm sure i'm having more than 9 active connections i got from multiple telcos using same id proof

Shall we use the data and voice simultaneously? like if we use the CDMA for data and GSM for voice?

But it is GSM+GSM.. i'm looking for CDMA+GSM. also it tried Desire VC but not like the performance, it is too slow.

Is there any good high-end Dual SIM(CDMA+GSM) handset that coming with android? it might support OMH Sim and not programming..also dual active. please suggest

I think so, I have an Airtel sim which they blocked incoming and outgoing voice calls. The executives from airtel informed me that if call comes, it will disconnect the internet. so, they disabled voice calling on that number. But i have another BSNL no. which is working fine with voice calls.and 3G without any issues.Probably your issues related with coverage.

it is 198. i got the person who understand the issue in my 7th try!!. also tell them that you are using samsung galaxy pop or corby.. otherwise they will insist the handset XXXX will not support EVDO . Again i had issues this morning too.. now it is back online. so it might be ongoing...

it is working for me now after made a complaint to CC. the trick is to catch the correct person there and explain them the issues.

It seems there are some issues going with their servers. i can browse some sites and can't browse many of them. Seems DNS issue in their side. Still it is going on for me from last weekend. anyone facing similar issues. The speed is not affected as i'm getting good speed in downloads.

I have the same issues from Last Saturday too.. Not sure what's happening with them.

The username password will be cached to the device. it will unlock no matter if you connected to internet or not. make sure you entered the correct email id and password associated with the device. it might be useful to try with any old password if you changed it recently.

I Just want to share my experience with my number i got last week. I got the number from one of the shops here in Coimbatore. The number got activated on the same day and i got Rs.20 Balance in my core account and Rs.15 in my promo balance. All fine. The problem starts next day. you know, To check the balance we need dial *367# in rcom . but instead of that i checked balance using *123# by mistake as usually i do the same with my bsnl no. Suddenly a message pops that i subscribed to some jokes and i lost my Rs.10 which i did unsubscribed immediately. thankfully i got my amount back after complaining to the customer care. The story didn't stopped there. On the next day i got recharged my number for Rs.200 and Rs.148(the main reason i got the number for - 500 local minutes and 1000 R2R minutes). on the same day i got another Rs.15 lost from my core balance without any sms or anything. i complained this time too and got my Rs.15 back but yesterday the same thing happens again, Suddenly i got a message that i got Subscribed to OfficeHumour Jokes pack and guess what ? i got Rs.30 Deducted from my core balance. to fuel the fire, i got another Rs.15 lost from my balance after that without any notice. I'm yet to complain the recent loss to customer care. but seriously i want to know what is happening with them. I'm really tired of complaining. Totally i could lost Rs.70 just in 4 days. The money is not a concern for me, but i just want to share it with you and all of you people aware of it. I suggest you Please don't maintain balance in your core acc. i just want to know to whom i need to complain to stop this looting happening again.

Try to do a safe mode boot. To go to safe mode, Press the menu button while turning on the phone and keep pressed until it completes boot. then uninstall the application. now i think it will work fine

i did registered for DND Service. Hope this will not happen again. Also i created the support request and got all of the deducted money back through my services web portal. i recommend you all to register there. thanks guys..

How about adding RSN swap option in myservice website ? Yes, that will be awesome. i used to do that when i was in USA with Verizon. i can change my number to any device based on MEID through my Verizon account . miss you Verizon..!

The plan is no more offered after they changed the price from 2000 to 1599
