  1. Okay so I got a call from reliance saying that I can upgrade to 4G network right now by getting a 4G sim from any reliance store and sending an sms. They will stop the EvDo network within a couple of days and all the cdma phones will drop to 1x only. Calls on the 4G network will not be 4G for now, but will use reliance gsm 2G here for calling. Cdma services will stop totally from May 31st. And the outlets dont have any 4G sims yet, they say they should arrive within a couple of days. Bad news I guess for the unlimited plan users like myself.

    I am unable to find any RGE series sim card here in Nagpur. Still running on JellyBean bootloader. I also have my brothers XT912 razr, and have no clue how to make it work with data on Rcdma.

    Javed bhai! I still get very good speeds in my college (above Gittikhadan police station). And at my home (Laxmi Nagar) the speeds are pretty low 70-80kBps downloads. But then in Manish Nagar I get about 130-140kBps constantly.

    For some reason the launcher crashes everytime I try to add the feeds that I want to see in blinkfeed. I am on razr m running cm11. Will visit the xda thread later.

  18. I got a HTC 510 today and seeing the same issue. How'd you fix it? And pointers would be helpful. I got it working finally. Had to follow the sim unlock steps described here -- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2682242 So to summarise the steps 1. Bootloader unlock 2. Flash write protection removed kernel 3. Root it 4. Follow the steps in the above thread for sim unlock. 5. Rename HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk to something else to disable the activation popup. Everything working with RCDMA OMH SIM. Is this the boost version?? I am looking to order one too. Also, the method given is for stock 4.3 . Is the phone running 4.3 or 4.4 out of the box?
  19. Update: Flipkart, snapdeal, gmail are working as well! Tried with many many sites, others are not working.
  20. I have been using the unlimited 4999 pack since November...worked like a charm till today. Today my whatsapp wasnt working in the morning, so I vhecked if my net is working. Upon checking, google was working just fine. Even youtube was working fine... But then I couldnt access any other website...it keeps saying website not available. Its been a whole day now and I am worried. I tried changing phones, didnot help ( sprint note 3 and razr m). I also have another reliance cdma sim with me, and that is working just fine. Called up 198 and talked to an executive, but he couldnt find anything, he kept me waiting for 30 mins while he "redirected" the call to his senior. If anybody has experienced something like this, please help.
  21. Can somebody please tell me how can I get a LG tribute working if I happen to get one from GEB? Its sooo cheap.
  22. So has any one tried this ? Does it really work. Any feed back will be appreciated. He is charging 1500 for "unlocking" htc desire 510. He has his own site by the name cdmaplus.com . He has been doing this for quite some time. I know because he was the guy who programmed my very first moto droid 2.

  25. LG tribute is available on ebay GEB for 3825 only! With coupons it will be cheaper. Anyone using the phone who can share the experience?
