Reliance Data Settings in One Simple File

Recommended Posts

i have made a cab file which replaces the htc_cm_guardian.exe on ur stock roms with a blank file

all u have to do is just install the cab file

now no need to create a blank file on ur desktop , copy to ur device and use total commander to replace it

just install and u r done

NOTE : u might have to remove iota folder ( if at all it exists in ur device)

if anyone can post iota folder from their device ( before they delete it) then i can make all in one cab file to remove iota as well create htc guardian blank file

PS: i m trying to make all in one cab file to do all the job of replacing guardian file , removing iota and creating rworld settings !!!

give feedback if its working or not

UPDATE

I have repackaged three cab files

-MKhtc guardian fix

-HPrelmobileworld

-HPrelnetconnect

into one single installer package

all u have to do is copy paste the installer file in the archive to ur device

then click on it , it will do a step wise installation of 3 cab files , just follow onscreen instructions

once finished just reboot ur device and delete sprint settings

so now its just one file to do it all !!!

keep up the good work Dr.Mufaddal. But I am still not able to connect to internet on my diamond. I am on mighty rom and simple IP. It shows a message that it could not connect due to some error. even netconnect is not working. Your help shall be highly appreciated.

Dr. Mufaddal

Thanks for your efforts.

Now feedback.

First time installation goes fine. When you have to install again (after running some reg cleaner etc.), it doesn't work. The old installation doesn't go. I have tried to reinstall without uninstalling it fails. uninstallation also fails if uninstalled through windows or sk tools.

thanks again for the effort

i didnt get u

well when u run any reg cleaner it will delete any 0byte file and invalid registry values

which means ur htc_cm_guardian.exe will be deleted

what i have made is a clean installer which simply installs 3 cabs and simply resets phone

so u can uninstall cabs from settings

its just like installing 3cabs manually , but i have put it in an installer to make things easy for everyone

btw which regcleaner u using ???

:previous:

Clean install is fine.

I am using SK tools for reg cleaning. It clears HTC_CM.....exe also. Then to copy the file again I am using first CAB file(only for HTC_CM..... exe).

It doesnot work. It is unable to install again & fails.

i tested it on my diamond 4-5 times , there is no problem at all

when i run sktools it removes 0byte files , when i again install my cab it says "previuos version will be removed before new one is installed", and it installs successfully

in puts 0byte file again in windows folder

also i can uninstall it without any issues

tried it several times before posting cab file
