  2. Don;t think of brands only. Because sound output of ear/headphones/speakers vary from model to model. Some are heavy on one side of frequency some on other side. Some are built to output balanced frequencies. I have been using Sennheiser PMX100 for past 3 years. Balanced sound and comfortable to wear. I will certainly recommend it to anyone. I am not sure if Sennheiser is manufacturing this model any more. I have never used skull-candy. I will suggest you do your search, read reviews and choose a model depending upon your taste. And do list here your choice if you find a great deal for your choosen headset.

  6. Two days back I got a new MTS(Delhi) number for my father. Haven't activated DND till now. Not a single promotional SMS/call till now. I'm just waiting for this to happen.

  10. Vodafone to RCDMA. Reasons for Porting - Vodafone was not letting me buy their ultra cheap Smart 858 android phone. (Don;t say its a lame reason) Benefits that I see of the new service provider - The new Rs 94 recharge option and other call rate reduction options. Porting Experience - They first filled my porting request for RGSM. After a week I went to them and told that there ware no updates for my MNP progress. They checked and realised their mistake. They asked me to fill the CAF again . I was on RCDMA in next three days with about 3 hours downtime. It took another 2 days to activate EVDO on my newly ported number.

  18. Thanks Anurag, but 3591/- is still more than the official price of 3100. I wrote to vodafone CC to know about store where this handset is available. Those morons sent me list of all of their stores in Delhi Has anyone come across any store (in Delhi) where this handset is available?

They were even unable to ensure if they can get it for me. Can some rimweb member help me getting this phone. I am in Delhi.

  21. I confirmed from CC, for Delhi you need to (easy) recharge for Rs 73 for plan with 90 days validity. I am not going for this, as in my current plan my call rates are less than 30ps.
  22. I use Idea/Delhi 3G and Airtel 2G on postpaid. I have been on roaming with these connections to few other states in north and north-east. I had to pay extra only for Idea 3G roaming in West Bengal. Idea CC told me its because Idea doesn't have 3G license for WB and my phone latched with Vodafone's 3G network in WB. Everywhere else, I paid no extra amount for data.

  25. Do you mean the phone/tablet will communicate through 3.5mm jack? If yes, then its not possible. 3.5mm jack is used for sound signals. May be this jack will be used to support the POS attachement as a hinge or like.
