New Nokia 6275 @ 9,750

Recommended Posts

Got this set over the week end @ 10.5 K (Set + Bill + Kingston 1gb uSD - 256mb uSD that comes w/ set + RUIM + HCC ) at Noida. Do not break your head at Rel Web World. Buy from Nokia or Any other trusted Mobile shops.

After today's ad in major dailies, w/ best buy @10 K, i think one can easily bargain for the set at around 9.5K.

Please buy original accessories as USB cable etc. I wanted to be super smart and got a China made local CA-53 from Nehru Place which is not working. :confuse: I know, I would not get the refund.

First take on handset :

- Battery life too short

- Charing time too long

- In the past 5 days has hung for 3 times. Only when using bluetooth. Beware.

+ Voice Quality

+ Overall LnF

+ All in all, w/ limited CDMA options, good value for money.

Don't get ur hopes up for Nokia 2505. it's like 2255, and personally, i think flap phones without external screen are useless. u'll have to open the flap each time to see who is calling.

Check this link:

http://www.brightpoint.com/Brightpoint/Ind...E685/14505.html

Phone looks great, except it's antenna. i think it's an old model, but i haven't seen this phone in Tata or RIM. but it is shown under CDMA. can anyone throw light on this?

Recently purchased the 6275. Everything is as expected, except not able to use NetConnect. Followed the instructions on this site and tried to connect. After the screen "Verifying username and password", it gets disconnected with error code 718. Phone gives message Data call ended.

Calling to *333 did not get any help.

Any suggestions?

I am planning to go for Nokia 6275. What is the latest price I can get it for in Bangalore?

However I have heard a lot of problems regarding this model - ranging from low battery backup, low charging time to many others.

I am really confused  as to should I buy this or not considering the fact that Reliance has some of the good plans available and also a very good network. :)

Else I might jump on to GSM and buy a Nokia N73M. What might be the best buy for this model?

Reliance was cheaper in past, not now, call charges are at par with GSM operators and in GSM u get sooooo many handset with exact features you want. and if you can change number and data requirement is little or nil, then you should go for gsm only.

What do you mean by data requirement here? I have no problem in changing my number.

N regarding cheap plans which I was talking about is in reference to the new vouchers launched recently by Reliance which are great.

Any help regarding prices of both these models?

Hello Everybody,

I am planning to buy Nokia 6275 in this coming week. Before that I have some queries, if you know the answer pls. reply me.

a. Can I surf the net via WAP and using Opera as a browser on TataIndicom network?

b. Is anybody using Nokia 6275 with 2GB microSD card? Is there any problem with 2GB microSD?

c. Is it a good phone to listen music amongst other CDMA phones?

So, if anybody knows these answers, pls. reply me as earliest.

Thanks in advance.

Why do u ever need a nokia 6275?? I think its really useless. It doesnt even have a call duration timer & SMS counter which is vital for RCL since they dont give any info on SMS count in case u r using SMS packs with limited no. of SMS. The INBOX capacity is also very less.

I think the recently launched dual SIM mobile (CDMA+GSM) "Spice D88" is a much better bet. It costs less than Nokia 6275. It also has a higher inbox capacity & features are comparable to Nokia 6275 at a price tag of about Rs.8500.
