It's single core, underclocked at 1.33 Ghz, has lower power TDP rating of 5 W instead of 6.5 W for N455. Basically it's a very stripped down version of N455 to reduce cost and offer cheaper netbooks. It also has only 3 Cell battery. In addition it comes with MeeGo OS and not windows. While windows may be installed but it can be a drag. Could be useful only if the usage is going to be very very light and no multi apps, HD.
