Default SimpleNet plan is Rs. 0.50 / Minute / IT MUST BE Volume based likeRs. 5 / MB

typo : You mean 50p / MB or Rs. 0.50 / MB right?

Better edit the original draft for Reliance may selectively honour this part and hike the tariff

Data Plan Related

[*]Default SimpleNet plan is0.50 / Minute / IT MUST BE Volume based like5 / MB[*]More Dynamic Combo Plans for Voice + Data Usage

Rs.5/MB ? Isnt that an overkill ?

I feel the same, Rs5/M.B. I think this is crazy, we are again feeding Reliance. Look at GSM service providers, They are offering 2 G.B at Rs90/- .

And the Airtel GSM 2G nowadays is at 200kpbs.Better than 1X. Check it out.

Default Internet plan is Rs 0.50 per Minute so if you COnfigure it and forget to Activate NetConnect Plan You will be charges Rs = 21600 for a Month even though you use nothing

Volume baed plans means Pay as you use in MB

Idea Charges Rs 10 per MB for 3G plan so Vodafone and Airtel and Aircel / I am asking for Rs 5 / mb as Default plan without any Rental which is 0.05 Paise per 10 KB

No doubt there will be Data Packs for Higher Usage where Rs 0.50 / MB is also Available

Hetal bhai consider the default EVDO data charges of the other CDMA operators also :

Tata Indicom 50p/Mb

MTS Rs. 2/Mb

BSNL 5p/100 Kb or 50p/Mb

By the way I am signee number #36 :)

:previous:

The base tariffs are listed below.

BSNL-GSM -- 2p/10 KB (approx. Rs. 2/MB)

TATA Docomo -- 1p/KB (approx. Rs. 10/MB)

RCOM-GSM -- 10p/10 KB (approx. Rs. 10/MB)

Airtel -- 30p/20 KB (approx. Rs. 15/MB)

Vodafone -- 10p/10 KB (approx. Rs. 10/MB)

Aircel -- 10p/10 KB (approx. Rs. 10/MB)

MTS -- Rs. 2/MB

TATA Indicom has astonishing base tariff of 50p/MB on prepaid for lifetime on FRC99 or STV17.

BSNL-CDMA also has default tariff of 50p/MB.

So overall, Rs. 5/MB is a good suggestion but rather competitive tariff would be Rs. 2/MB.
